Bedrooms

Our rooms are all unique, varying in both size and aspect. All en-suite with bath and shower they are decorated and furnished to retain their individuality. Most have spectacular lake views.
Standard rooms are smaller but have all been recently refurbished and offer the same facilities as our larger rooms.
Larger superior rooms, all on the side of the house, look over the garden or towards the lake, with the surrounding fells to the south. Again they have all been recently refurbished to a very high standard.
For a little extra luxury, our mini deluxe and deluxe rooms are all spacious with relaxing lounge areas. Mostly overlooking Ullswater, they have wonderful views.
Every room, regardless of category, has a digital LCD colour television with Sky, Bose radio/CD player, Wifi access, direct dial telephone, fruit, mineral water, tea making facilities, bathrobe, hairdryer and ironing-board.

All rooms are designated Non Smoking
